Training materials are structurally divided; Basics are divided into stances, foot maneuvers, body maneuvers, strikes, finger strikes, blocks, parries, kicks, falls, and free style techniques.

Posses a specific code, which can be read, written, and executed, with the purpose of developing spontaneous fighting. In each grade 24 prototype techniques are taught, unique to the American Kenpo System.

In Kenpo, we practice four weapons, such as: Staff, Sticks, Nunchaks, and Knife.

Sequential movements of one or more steps, which help develop the abilities of precision and coordination from a specific starting point.

Sequential movements based on personal defense techniques that describe ideal situations based on a specific principal.

All of these components are the basic functional structure of the standard system of American Kenpo. We have worked very hard to provide a unique learning method, so that students are able to progress and completely develop all of their abilities in a dynamic, integrated, and complete art. Our affiliated schools share the same teaching method, requirements, and the status transcribes equally in each on of them.
